    At Elevare, we use publicly available real estate data to send our mailing campaigns out letting people know about our services.

  • Is this a scam?

    No. We buy land for cash and work with local title companies and real estate attorneys throughout the closing process. Our mission is to make this process quick and easy for sellers.

  • Why should I sell my land to your company instead of listing it with a realtor?

    By selling your land to Elevare, you are guaranteed the price agreed upon in the offer agreement with NO ADDITIONAL FEES. We cover all the closing costs (excluding liens and back taxes). Selling with realtors can involve expensive fees, long listing times, and the inability to sell the property.
